LinkedIn for Beginners workshop

LinkedIn has become a powerful tool in the business persons repertoire of communication. Some people love it and live on it more than Facebook – it’s seen as an ‘acceptable’ form of social networking at work and used widely to interact with potential customers, job-seekers and partners.

Although now a widely used tool, many people are still baffled at how and why to be involved.

Dates:

8th June 2011 – 10.00 – 13.00

Workshop Location:

Big Rock Climbing Centre, Mandeville Drive, Kingston, Milton Keynes, MK10 0AG

The workshop will run from 10am until 1pm – the centre will be available from 9.15am for coffee and networking to meet with your fellow attendees. The workshop will be fairly interactive and you are encouraged to bring your laptops to explore the areas as we discuss them. There is free wifi available and tea and coffee making facilities. We operate a very informal workshop session, so casual dress is welcome.

Extend your learning with additional time to implement what you have learned.

In response to feedback we are now offering an extension to your workshop. From 1330 until 1500 after the standard workshop, there will be 5 spaces available to those who want a little more one2one help with creating their LinkedIn profiles and to answer any additional questions or queries. You will basically be given time to implement the elements you want with help and support from us as you so it – ensuring the best possible approach to your LinkedIn activities. As there will only be 5 people in this session you can guarantee a tailored approach. This is really beneficial if you are keen to ensure you are fully on your way to making waves on LinkedIn. There will be a sandwich buffet provided to those participants on the extended workshop. We will ask the centre for a mix of sandwiches and food but cannot guarantee to be able to cater for all food tastes or allergies.

Standard Workshop – £39.00 per person

Extended Workshop – £69.00 per person (Including Lunch)

Click here to buy the workshop workbook alone – £29.99 (great if you can’t attend the workshop but would like the content)
