- See real-time statistics once you’ve sent your email. Including open rates, click through rates – even see the EXACT email address of the people who have clicked a link – giving you great warm leads to follow up.
- Get a sign up form for your website or blog – customers can sign up directly to your list without you having to do any work
- The system manages your list for you – if a customer unsubscribes, they are instantly removed from communications – if you accidentally add them again, the system recognises them and doesn’t send them an email
- After your set up fee – you pay the system direct with a debit or credit card. We never see your credit card details.

- Auto responders – create an autoresponse email so when customers sign up to your list, they instantly receive an email into their inbox welcoming them to the list
- Spam filter testing – you can do this within the system before sending each email at a cost of £5 per time – it helps you understand if your email will be filtered into the spam boxes of recipients
- If you have over 2,500 recipients on your list, don’t worry! We can cater for any size list – the set up fee remains the same but the monthly cost increases. For example; you can send to up to 5,000 recipients for just £59 per month.
What’s the process? Firstly, you need to ensure you know what kind of content do you want to send, if you want to send a collation of blog posts and information that has been going on over the month, along with some special offers – then you need a ‘Newsletter Style” template. This is a template where you showcase lots of short bits of content that links somewhere on the web (your website). If you want to send one special offer each month, then you need a “Newsflash” template. Giving you space to write more content around the one offer. Once you’ve decided on the type of template you need, then you need to look at your list. We only allow you to send your emails to people who have Opted in to receive email marketing from you and are expecting your contact. When you send your first email, you will be asked to complete a Data Protection exercise to demonstrate where your data has come from. If you cannot show that you have permission to send to your list, then unfortunately you won’t be able to use this system. It is really important to only send emails to people who have opted in. If you continually get marked as spam, it can be dangerous for your domain. At this point, you are ready to get going. You’ll need to fill out the form below or give us a call, we’ll send you the briefing sheet and the invoice for the set up fees. Take your time filling the briefing sheet out. Once it’s completed, and you’ve made your payment. Email it back to us and we’ll get cracking on your template! Once your account and template has been created, you’ll you receive your instruction manual and tips! The manual will tell you how to set up your payment details, upload your lists and create your emails! Then you’re ready to go!
