Ideation from Fusing Creativity - FAQ's

General

  • Do I have to be using or use your services before/after the workshop?

Feel free to come on these workshops if you already have a marketing and design partner – we will not push you to use our services after the workshops (although you’d be most welcome!). Although we do find that getting some ‘fresh’ ideas from an alternative source can keep partners on their toes.

Guarantee & Refunds

  • What’s the guarantee?

Although there’s no guarantee that during the workshop we will always be able to generate the ‘Gem’ ideas, however, we’re pretty confident they can.

Saying that, we will guarantee that if you feel you haven’t managed to come out with one gem of an idea from the workshop we will provide you with a 1 hour One to One with Jeni for FREE.*

    * If you feel there was no gem of an idea, this must be identified at the time of the workshop and you must have filled out the pre-workshop questionnaire – then there will be no quibbles. We cannot take responsibility If you take an actionable ‘gem’ idea away but cannot implement it. The FREE 1 hour One 2 One with Jeni is to be taken within 5 miles of the MK43 postcode at a convenient time for both of you.

Ideation

  • What’s the benefit of Ideation workshops?

These workshops are designed to simply promote the creation process and is sometimes all you need to kick start those creative juices to developing better and more effective marketing communications.

The fact that you not only have a high-level, creative marketer facilitating the workshop but you also have several other business minded individuals around the table to add to the process. It not only gives you professional advice, but also a bit of market testing in the process.

Not only that, but if you wanted to hire Jeni privately for these kind of workshops, you’d be paying over £900 for the day – so this is an excellent way to get her mind on the job in a creative, informal environment.

Workshops

  • How are the workshops structured?

The nature of the ideation process means that the structure is very informal and ‘go with the flow’ style. After an introduction, each individual has 20-30 minutes to present their case for discussion. We then sum up the ‘gem’ of ideas and conclude.

The workshops are 3 hours long with tea and coffee provided throughout and informal environment so attendees can jump up and down as they please. As it is not a delivered workshop as such, there is little need for structured breaks.

After each workshop, within 48 hours you’ll receive a simple summary email from Jeni outlining the ‘Gem’ ideas created.
